Iman Kakai-Lazell

Iman Kakai-Lazell was born in Iran and moved to London, England at an early age. She studied at Chelsea College of Arts, specialising in Public Art.

 

Iman has had many exhibitions in New York & London, with a yearly solo residence at The Baltic in Borough - 2010-2016.

Her style ranges using a number of materials such as glass, metallics, paint, polaroids, shells & seaweed. All of her work is inspired by the Cumbrian coastlines.
